Which devices is TI-MOONS compatible with?
Every TI-MOONS is compatible exclusively with IQOS ILUMA i ONE and IQOS ILUMA ONE.
How do I fit it?
No tools needed. Your TI-MOONS arrives ready to use: simply slide your IQOS inside. To take it out, press from underneath and your IQOS slides out.
What is it made of?
The branch structure is made of resin electroplated with metal. The internal cover is made of PLA, a plant-based material.
What is the internal cover?
It is the coloured inner layer that gives each TI-MOONS its colour, and its colour is shown on every product page. TI-MOONS-04 has no internal cover, so your IQOS itself shows through the branches.
Does it get hot?
Your IQOS warms up as usual during use. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, such as leaving it in a car in direct sunlight.
Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
All orders ship with DHL Express. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days to Italy and the European Union; international delivery times vary by destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are always shown before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your DHL Express tracking number.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers in the European Union can also cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@uniqued.store. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
My piece arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please check your order on arrival and contact us right away at info@uniqued.store with a photo, so we can make it right.

No. UNIQUED is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Philip Morris International. IQOS and ILUMA are trademarks of their respective owners.
